Returns and Refunds
Our aim at Guernsey Knitwear Company is to give the best possible service and consequently to have satisfied customers. To this end we operate a NO FUSS RETURNS policy, which has worked very well over time.
Refunds
We guarantee to refund in full the value of your purchase if for any reason whatsoever you are dissatisfied with the garment. However, PayPal (our credit card payment operator) refund rules mean that the garment must be back with us in good condition within 60 days of the original transaction for us to be able to automatically refund your card.
Exchanges
An exchange can be made at any time. The last thing we want to happen is that you keep a garment that is either too large or too small, so that in the end you never wear it!
Returning Goods
Please note that all purchases remain your responsibility until they are received by us. UK customers are therefore advised to return goods using the Recorded Mail Service or it’s equivalent if you live elsewhere.
